Booking

To book send an email to info@pistik.it or fill up the reservation form.

The price includes:

- Continental breakfast Cappuccino/Caffè e cornetto.**
- Clean linen and towel weekly
- Room enter/exit cleaning
- Daily cleaning of the shared bathroom
- 10% off FelFel Tavola Calda Etnica Middle Eastern Mediterranean cuisine

ChecK the rate table:

To make a reservation you should pay 20% of the total amount if you will stay more than 2 night.
If you arrange to stay for only one night in Rome and want to reserve a room in PiStiK b&b you have to pay the entire amount (high season rate) in advance.
The payment can be done by bank account transfer or Paypal.

Terms and conditions:

- If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival
will be made a full refund on total value of the booking less bank transfer fee
- If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
no refund will be given.
- No show at the day of arrival will lead to cancellation of the booking after 12 hours. No refund will be given.
- An early departure fee of one night rate will be charged if departure occurs prior to the agreed upon departure day.
- An late arrival fee of one night rate will be charged if arrival occurs later to the agreed upon arrival day.
- The balance payment is due on check in after that no refund will be given

** The b&b will give to the guest a 'breakfast ticket' that must be used in our preferred bar close to us. Anyway you can choose to make the breakfast on your own in the b&b, quietly... maybe on your balcony... We will provide you : Coffè, Thè, Milk, cookies, yogurt, fruits juice, fresh fruits and jam. The service costs 3 euro for singles and 5 euro for couples.
